What is roleplaying? Roleplaying is the act of playing a fictional character that is different from yourself.
What is meta-gaming? It's the use of OOC knowledge in IC roleplay.
What is power-gaming / god-modding? Power-gaming is deciding a reaction of a character other than yourself without their permission.
What is retroactive continuity? (retcon): Alternating major events from the characters past.
What is the difference between in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC)? While IC, we act and think like the character we are playing. OOC is the opposite, we don't roleplay the character while OOC.
Do you have previous experience playing on a RP server? Yes, I have played a lot of roleplay ranging from minecraft to even other games.

Full name: Stephen Wring
Age: 22
Appearance: Steph has a slim posture and is around 5'8". He has coffee-colored hair and hazel eyes. They wear a chestnut-colored vest and pants, paired with a button up shirt. Stephen matches his outfit with his favorite yellow tie. He loves all things elegant.
Personality: Steph was taught to be gentle and well-mannered. He has difficulties talking to people on his own, but once he gets to know someone he's really talkative. Everyone always told him he had a brain for solving puzzles. Steph has a strong bond with his Abra, whom he had since he was a child. Like his family, he believes in Arceism.
Biography: Stephen ever since he was born lived in Kanto. He was raised in an ordinary household. They were the only child. Being mostly closeted, he spent time reading books. Steph was always interested in law/criminology, but not limited to. Steph knew he wanted to study criminology. His father never approved of it, nevertheless his mother supported him. Now, after finishing criminology studies he looks forward to starting a life in Toro region.
Flaws: Stephen is clumsy, naive and a little socially-awkward. He is foolish and sometimes gets into trouble because of it.
Ambitions: He dreams of owning a detective office one day. Working on cases and helping people was his by far strongest ambition.

You find yourself standing in a bustling town. Suddenly, a small girl runs up to you, her eyes seeming to glisten with fresh tears as her bottom lip quivers. “Please!” She cries out to you, “You must help me! My poor Meowth is stuck in a tree!” She points to a nearby tree as more tears spill out of her eyes and down her cheeks. How does your character respond?

"Hey..hey.. calm down. Everything will be alright." he'd calm the little girl. "Could you please show me the tree so I can try and help?"

The girl would point to the nearby tree in question.

"Alright, I see it." he'd exclaim. "Abra, go!"
Steph would bring out Abra from his pokeball.
"Abra, could you please help this Meowth get on the ground?" Steph would ask the pokemon.

Abra noded and immediately got into action. Abra used teleport to get as near to the branch of the tree as possible. There, clinging for life was Meowth.
He'd firmly hold to the Meowth, while slowly levitating to the girl.

"Thank you so much, sir!" The girl said, looking happier than ever before.

"No worries, I'm glad I could help." He'd wave to the girl as she walked to her house, holding Meowth in her hands.

After arriving in Toro a cheerful woman walks up to you, a clipboard in her hand. “Hello and welcome to Toro! I would like to ask where you came from and why you came, as well as where you plan to go. All for for statistical reasons of course.” she asked with a bright smile as she held a pen to her clipboard. How does your character respond?

"Well.." Stephen took a deep breath.
"I'm from Kanto and I've heard a lot about the growth of the Toro region." He'd respond.
"Figured out it would be great to start my life here..".

"And what exactly would you want to accomplish in Toro? Any business plans?" She'd ask.

"That seems.. oddly personal." Steph acknowledged distressed. Talking about 'personal' plans was the last thing he wanted to do. "I guess so, a business, yeah.".

"Okay then, that'll do. Thank you sir!." thanked the girl with the same big, grinny smile on her face.
