Support Team Application
The lovely, ever patient Support Team will have you shedding tears of laughter at their creative responses. Lets take a moment to give a round of applause to these individuals who hold Lvl.9000+ resistance to noobism.

A Support Team member resolves player's concerns and questions through email. High communication and organization skills are absolutely necessary. A friendly and patient personality with a drive to help players is needed.

Responsibilities
  • Review assigned forwarded emails with player concerns and respond to players with complete and accurate responses.
  • Responding creatively is not necessary but highly encouraged.
  • Work closely with the administration team to identify and solve in-game issues.


Qualifications
  • Ability to work with diverse groups, including many who speak English as a second language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional manner when necessary.
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide assistance.
  • Ability to handle high stress situations and manage displeased players.
  • Strong customer service ethic.
