JSR- Day 4 of Team Noir's Foul Deeds

Regis's voice booms over the radio,

"Hellooooo Toro! We bring you grave news today-" Though his voice doesn't quite sound as grave as one might expect, "Team Noir has struck at the very heart of Toro- our children. In an attempt to kidnap our loved ones, three Team Noir operatives ambushed a tea party at the Ross house in Adamas. Despite being anesthetized by sleep powder, our children managed to fight off the grunts and in the process save Crystal Ross from kidnapping- but tragically, reports have come in that those monsters succeeded in kidnapping Danny and Marigold Legrand, the twin children of our very own Premier. We also have been informed that minor injuries were sustained by several other children, and Crystal herself was hospitalized."

Regis clears his throat, "Every effort is being made to track down and save our children and citizens, and we here at JSR hope dearly for the best. Soon, we will fight them, we will beat them, and we will be free of this menace- until that day? Never give up. Good luck."
