Backstory
Born in the huge Lumiose City, Wanda was raised by an energetic and expressive family. Felicia Wohmon worked in a bakery, known for their Grepa Berry Pastries, and Damian Wohmon worked as Head Construction worker in Lumiose. Luckily, the family had quite some free time left in the evening, which they either spent together, or helping people around the city. But mostly because of the 79 year old Hannah Wohmon, being nicknamed Granny ‘Wow!’, because of her culinary treats she sells in the streets: from pastries to cakes, and from chocolate to gummies, all with exotic flavors and appearances.
Wanda saw her kind grandma as a role model, wanting to be just like her, and following her in her footsteps. She always said: ‘’If you work hard enough for what you believe in, it will work out in you’re favor!’’. So, Wanda studied hard, and researched in libraries around Kalos all the time, finding information about exotic ingredients and their origins.
She eventually graduated in her culinary studies. Eventually, she started helping her granny with her stands, coming up with lots of ideas, some good, some could be better.
Eventually, she decided to sell her own products around Lumiose, but not being able to grab a ton of attention due to her… rather energetic nature, sometimes scaring people off. But when she did get peoples attention and they bought some of her products, they were quite surprised about the flavors; some were positive, some not. Sometimes she made some of her special gummies too sour, sometimes she accidentally used salt when making her chocolate, instead of sugar. Wanda still had quite some way to go, so she decided to try and find a good place to settle, where she could build up confidence and her assortment of ingredients!
