With the 1.7 update, we've found a really nifty new feature: The ability to add custom maps.
And this + Bibliocraft map frames = custom paintings for Toro!
Basically, we have found a program ((ImagetoMap X 1.4: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/ma ... and-images if anyone was interested)), that basically takes an image file and converts it into a .dat file that Minecraft can read as a map. The images seen above were images converted to maps. We then give the .dat a name and upload it to the server. When you want your picture, the GMs can give you the corresponding maps to put into frames!
So! *clasps hands together! We want to get you these custom paintings to use in your RP. If you want one, please respond to this post with the image you want and the length and width of the final map. For example, those two images are both 2x2. An image that fits entirely on one map would be 1x1. If you want it to be three maps long and two maps high, that's a 3x2.
EDIT: We've decided to start charging for the paintings, because real life paintings are expensive. It's now P750 per map. So, for example a 1x1 will cost P750, a 2x2 will cost P3000, and a 2x3 will cost P4500. If your character has a reason to get these for a less expensive cost ((for example, if they are a painter and painted the image themselves, the painting would be free XD)), then feel free to appeal in your post!
