Kagami never finished public schooling, having dropped out senior year of high school to take full time care of Entei as a ranger. Even then, she was not good at school at all. She works exceptionally well with her hands, and anything with immediate cause and effect. Her math is also quite good. However, when it comes to reading or writing in unovan, she has a slight delay in them, requiring extra time and patience. Thankfully for her, most of her work orders are given to her in Kantonese.

Aikido since she was three, MMA since she was 6, boxing since she was 14. These three arts balance themselves out well for whatever physical situation she may find herself in, making her very difficult to hit while also a danger to anyone asking for a fist to the face. She has used the mental lessons that come with the arts to do well in life, keeping an unbreakable focus. The only thing stopping her from true mastery is her age, as some belts have age limits, her body to finish puberty, and several more years in boxing.
Personality: Very cheerful woman who seems to just want everyone to be happy, healthy, and safe. A fierce independent streak, she will do what she feels she has to to help others. She doesn't like being told what to do by non-authority figures, and will loudly stop any bullying in sight. She isn't one for keeping her opinions, or thoughts, to herself. Language is always an issue for her, and some words do not translate well. It has lead to interesting conversations that she will often laugh away. Has developed a love for the spotlight and putting on a show. She has no issue at all challenging people's masculinity should they pick on her for her height or appearance. She has an extreme soft spot for cuddly things. Among her favorite things to do is cuddling with Orion on the couch after working out.
Ambitions: Aims to be the best RTMP officer and provide help for as many people as she can.
Flaws: Jumps to conclusions quickly. While never going to be a perfect speaker of Unovan, if she gets angered or embarrassed, the language worsens. It is very easy to gain her trust, the girl being naive and focuses only on the good of people. Swallows her personal issues and doesn't speak of them until they become a major problem, and will change subjects quickly or make jokes if the subject is treaded on by others.
Education: Kagami dropped out during her senior year. She did wonderfully when she was homeschooled due to individualized attention. She did not do too well in public schooling because she has issues learning things vocally, and tends to get distracted easily by friends or overall fidgeting, and does this constantly because she is not constantly watched. Anything that involves working with her hands, however, she is excellent with. Her skills are wonderful in math due to constant practice.
Biography: Kagami was the result of a drunken one night stand in Hoenn. Her mother was in the midst of relationship issues with someone else, and didn't want the child. Her father, Keld, happily took the girl and made an agreement to raise her himself, and to not contact the woman. Keld, a traveling party boy at the time, settled in his favorite town in Johto, Ecruteak, and worked hard to open a Dojo.
Through this, Kagami has had a comfortable upbringing, as well as a loud one. Since she could walk, she would try to partake in her father's Aikido classes alongside others. She made many friends with older people as she learned as best she could. Her father enjoyed teaching her, being very careful with her. She is his treasure, and the bond between father and daughter is unbreakable between them. Her grandparents were in Kanto, and they visited them regularly, Kagami finding herself comfortable with Lavender, given its similarities to Ecruteak.
However, 5 is a difficult age. She did not respond well to school, and discovering that other kids had mothers. She was quickly picked on when the other kids noticed, and she got in trouble for quickly pinning the bullies down. Noticing the issues quickly, and him being homeschooled himself, Keld took Kagami out of public schooling and made a call to his sister in Toro. After a lengthy discussion, it was agreed between the siblings that it would be best that Kiori become more active in the girl's life as a female influence, as well as a teacher.
Kagami's arrival in Toro was also in the midst of Q's antagonism, so the girl rarely stayed for too long. When she was in the region, she was under her Aunt's care and schooling. When her Aunt had to work, and the girl not yet in public schooling, she would be with the Ross family in their secure home in Adamas. She loved them and though they aren't related to her by blood, she considers them family just like her Aunt does. She was also surprized to see how welcoming the Toro children were with her, despite her broken language and unusual physical appearance. It didn't take her long to make a lifelong friend, Amelia.
Though it broke her father's heart, Kagami spent more time in Toro, enrolling into the public school system for the third grade onwards. She had difficulty with the teachers, unused to not having specialized attention. As a result, her grades were never impressive, but she enjoyed the school system because she had friends. Since she was in Toro more, her father started doing the traveling between the regions...and soon enough, another great shift happened to the girl's life when she was told she was about to have a half sibling.
Kagami initially hated it, and nearly failed school. She resisted as much as possible. She did not want a step mother, she did not want siblings. She liked her family as it was. It was all far too sudden and too new to her, resulting in the girl often running away to hide at her Aunt and Uncle's house whenever she could. She became obsessed at the idea of farming at the time, thought admittedly because it was something she could focus on that didn't involve her rapidly evolving family. Kiori and Klaus agreed to help her with this venture, thinking that giving the girl an outlet would help her with her crisis.
Kiori purchased a plot of land in Canvas, one that's easily seen from her own house. While not a farmer herself, Kiori had a deep love for gardening and began showing her neice the basics as the farmhouse was being built. Kagami loved every bit of it and loved watching things grow under her care. She also liked the isolation of the farm, often spending nights there as a child and taking care of herself.
After Keiji was born, and some time passed, it was farming that helped her and her step mother bond. Kagami was reluctant, but seeing how happy her father was at having two kids, the girl slowly accepted Rose Lilium as her step mother, and was soon smitten with her new half brother. She was determined to protect the bab with everything she had. Learning the wild child, Vox, was legally her brother as well made her more relaxed, that she wasn't the only 'outsider' in the new family.
Her Aunt was unable to give her as much attention as she used to, as the Mielke family welcomed Alicia, then Arik soon after. Kagami's independence streak developed further as she didn't want to give either of the new families more stress, so she worked more on the farm, learned more on how to care for herself and cook. She babysat quite often happily.
Kagami was no stranger to Toro's issues, however. Q paid her a personal visit, and Kagami observed Q's monster over at the nearby hero base. When the region chased after Q into his own pocket dimension, Kagami stayed behind and prayed to Ho-oh that everyone would return back safely. Until that part, Kagami was not terribly religious. After seeing that not only did everyone come back, but her Aunt back in one piece, something she had never seen before, she swore herself to Ho-oh and that she will step up to Toro's defense so her family does not have to.
At sixteen now, she is living full time on her own and tending to her farm when not in school. Her dream is to become an RTMP officer. Until then, she is a proud Pixelmon Ranger and gives aid to anyone whenever they need it. She puts on wonderful shows at the Pixelmon Type tournaments, and has many friends, and a pretty strong crush she'll probably never have the guts to make the first move. Until then, she's pretty happy just giving him food and seeing him at school.
Travels:
This section keeps track of the various travels Kagami shall have as she grows up. Following tradition of her family, but still keeping up with school, Kagami will go to a new region every summer to explore and grow. Summer 1034: Went to Kanto a week early due to meeting Q alone in Toro. Despite the rough start, Kagami traveled with her grandmother in Kanto until she was comfortable enough to do the journey on her own. She enjoyed exploring the region, meeting a handful of friends along the way. She won a martial arts challenge in her age bracket in the region and won a Hitmonchan egg, which hatched the next season when she was home. She didn't take on any gyms in this region.
Summer 1035: Went to Sinnoh, mostly for training. Spent much of the summer in the mountains, guided by her Lucario. He lead training in how wild Lucario better themselves, and she trained alongside him and the rest of her team. A large poliwag had followed them, and eventually came home with the girl when she came back for Toro. She didn't take on any gyms in this region.
Summer 1036: Traveled to Kalos with Orion. She learned some new foods and growing techniques, and Orion learned how to cook them. No Gyms challenged at this time, nor any training done.
Spring/Summer 1037: An unfortunate time. An emergency back in Kanto that started soon after her 13th birthday had dragged through the summer. Her paternal grandmother (Descae) was caught in the collapse of a building. As the family recently lost the grandfather to cancer, Kagami took Descae's recovery hard. Multiple surgeries and extended physical therapy took a toll on the family, but Descae recovered to where the visiting Toroans returned at the end of the summer.
Summer 1038: Traveled to Unova, spending most of her time in the large cities and developing a fondness for fashion and putting on shows. It would become key later to the pixelmon type tournaments.
Pixelmon:
Kagami has formed two separate teams of pixelmon. One set she carries with her at all times which serve as her closest companions and protectors. The other team is pixelmon that have no interest in fighting and prefer living freely on her small farm. She has a preference for fighting type pixelmon.Main Team
